Scope and controller

LAMBO GROUP LIMITED operates Lambo AI and is responsible for the processing described here. This policy applies to our website, accounts, creative tools, billing, and support services.

Information we process

• Account, authentication, profile, device, and security information, including the verified email address and stable Google account identifier received when you choose Google Sign-In.
• Prompts, uploaded media, generated results, projects, and workflow settings.
• Payment references, credit balances, support messages, and policy reports.

Google Sign-In data

When you choose Google Sign-In, Google authenticates you and sends Lambo AI a stable Google account identifier and your verified email address. We also validate short-lived security claims needed to confirm that the response was issued for Lambo AI and for the login attempt you started. We do not receive your Google password and we do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, photos, or other Google services.

We use the stable identifier to recognize your account on later sign-ins. We use the verified email address to create an account or, on the first Google sign-in, link an existing Lambo AI account whose normalized verified email address is an exact match. We also use this information to secure the service, prevent account conflicts, support account recovery, and communicate about your account.

Lambo AI stores the stable Google account identifier and verified email address with your account. Google authorization codes and ID tokens are processed only to complete the current sign-in and are not stored. Any Google access token included in the token response is not used or stored, and Lambo AI does not request or store Google refresh tokens.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness. We do not send your Google identifier or verified email address to AI generation providers. Data may be handled by service providers that operate our hosting, database, security, or support systems under our instructions and only as needed to provide and protect Lambo AI, or disclosed when required by law.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How information is used

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• Process requested AI operations and deliver private results.
• Prevent fraud, enforce policy, respond to reports, and comply with law.

Media and AI providers

Inputs and outputs may be processed by contracted infrastructure and AI providers solely to perform requested operations, apply safety controls, and deliver results. Do not upload media unless you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Retention, deletion, and your rights

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, legal duties, security, or unresolved disputes. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by contacting support@lamboai.app.

You can request account deletion from Account > Security after signing in, or contact our support team if you cannot access your account. An account enters a 30-day cooling period during which you can restore it by signing in again with the same Google identity and confirming restoration. After the cooling period and completion of required cleanup, we delete the Google account identifier, verified email address, active sessions, and other account data, except for minimal records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, payment, or dispute purposes.

You may revoke Lambo AI access from your Google Account settings. Revoking access stops new Google authorization but does not itself delete information already stored in your Lambo AI account; use the account deletion process or contact support to request deletion.

Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lambo AI. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you.

The service must never be used to exploit, endanger, impersonate, or sexualize a minor. We may restrict or close accounts when age or safety requirements are not met.
